Salisbury Steak

I know...
You are thinking this will be too hard to make....
Trust me....
It's not.
This is made with lean ground beef, and it is quite simple.

This recipe serves 6-8

SALISBURY STEAK
******************
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup water

MUSHROOM SAUCE
*******************
3 1/2 cups beef broth ( I use a tetra pack of broth)
5 tbsp flour
2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
πŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”Έ
Mix 1/2 cup of broth and flour together...set aside.

Pour remaining broth into pan and bring to a boil.
Scrape bits off bottom of pan.
Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add flour mixture and stir constantly until thickened.

Pour sauce over patties, cover with foil and bake at 350*F for 45 minutes.

This is awesome served over mashed potatoes!
