Stewed Beef Chunks

This dish has a really nice gravy that is perfect over mashed potatoes.
By cooking the meat at a low temperature, it comes out nice and tender.
It is also so easy to make!!

STEWED BEEF CHUNKS

Beef stewing meat - about 2 - 2 1/2 pounds
2 tins condensed mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix

In a casserole dish or roasting pan, mix all ingredients together.
Cover.
Bake at 325*F for 3 hours.
