They are so much healthier than potatatoe fries too.

RUTABAGA FRIES

2 medium sized rutabaga - I find a single rutabaga enough for 2 people
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Peel and cut rutabagas into long strips.
Place in a bowl or ziplock bag with oil, salt and pepper.
Place seasoned strips on a cooking sheet.
Bake at 425*F for 1 hour
Flip fries every 20 minutes to brown evenly.
